What is ZappHub?

ZappHub is a collaborative, web-based live chat solution that allows multiple people to interact with a linked WhatsApp account simultaneously and also offers many useful features focused on team productivity, cooperation and better communication with your customers. 


It is a powerful tool, but extremely easy to use, and can be set up in minutes.

How many agents can operate at the same time?

Depending on the plan you choose, you can have between 2 to 9 agents per WhatsApp number. Insufficient?

You can add additional agents for $ 19 monthly fee per agent.

Do I need to have a commercial WhatsApp account?

It is not mandatory, ZappHub works with WhatsApp Personal or Business accounts.

Do you offer a free trial?

Of course, you have a 7-day free trial with any of our plans. No payment card is needed, no compromises, love it or leave it.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I use ZappHub for marketing purposes?

No, it is not allowed to send unsolicited marketing messages.

Any communication that you establish with other parties must be legitimate, explicitly approved and expected by the intended users.

Please remember that WhatsApp has an extremely strict policy regarding unsolicited marketing messages and spam.

Therefore, before sending marketing messages to your customers, you must carefully evaluate your communication strategy.

A good practice is to ask their permission before sending any message and provide them with a clear and easy way to cancel the notification service. Otherwise, your account may be banned.

What kind of message can I send?
